I love the smell of Titanium in the morning!

How did astronauts make it though the Van Allen Belts on their way to the moon?

These 7 videos are, by far, the best PR NASA has done in ages. If only they could get their act together and bring more clarity to all of their adventures; then more people would request they get more funding from the government.

If bill nye was in porn there'd be no cumshots

RADIATION IS JUPITER IS IN JUPER

It's titanium! (like my engagement ring and my car's color)
Rarely I have now been a bit late to watch things that goes around space probes like Juno, but now it is a good time to start.
When Galileo was still orbiting Jupiter, I still remember those days. -
Bull crap!

BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL

Bill Nye is such a turd

The priorities of this world man...a barking dog video gets 500k views while this educational (entertaining depending on you) video gets 17,000 in the same amount of time? smh

When you want more than the NASA youngsters educational channel, hop on over to the SETI Institutes channel which has more in-depth coverage of Astronomy and Space Science. Check out the archive it is truly awesome. Bill Nye is a great educator but is only telling you a couple of bullet points in this format.

why not use neodymium or praseodymium. Just a thought.

NASA, it would be more interesting to watch this video with professional yet relaxed style, than this clown-like. The guy is a nice person, but it is annoying to watch. Just my honest opinion.
-
as I have told NASA before your picture of Jupiter's internal structure is wrong. MG1
-
look Bill im sure Jack Parsons can handle the radiation
its all good -
A question for the Planetary Society: are these videos being distributed anywhere else besides your YouTube channel? I think it's a shame these aren't getting more views, since they are absolutely fantastic.
I hope Nye and the Planetary Society have something similar in mind for other major NASA missions. Perhaps a series on Orion/SLS or the James Webb Telescope? -
Just love this series

For those who are curious, the titanium wall is 1cm ("one third of an inch") thick.

These are brilliant

It doesn't always need "sensationally shocking" information to be interesting, but maybe it is the culture and the language of this era - "oh wow, the biggest, largest, heaviest, strongest, craziest thing in the universe!"
