What is dark energy? What is dark matter? Well, if we knew exactly we would have a nobel prize – we know that they exist though. So what do we know about those strange things? What if dark matter is alien spaceships on invisible mode!

The fact that the universe is constantly expanding with space can be interpreted as a metaphor for the tiny dimension that is our existence: We live our lives according to what we choose to believe in, and that life can go through a series of rabbit holes that never really seem to end until the pressure of the activity causes a collapse and you must start from the beginning in order to learn from the mistake that caused the collapse. We, as individual souls, are on a constant journey of progression and in each of our embodiments, our inner identity learns something important that progresses us into higher states of consciousness. In this universe there are constant patterns that I've noticed, and really analyzing the process of existence - spanning as large as stars to as small as us biological organisms - can grant us the secrets that we all so strive to understand...

I am beginning to think Star Wars force is real :p

Isn't the answer to Dark Energy relativity? The more space there is, the less density, the less gravity, the faster time runs and it appears as if the Universe expands faster...

We are all just apes with a smart phone!!

anyone else think it's the force

Dark matter could be such small or rare particle that light hitting it does not produce the bounce of light sufficient for detection. Also, it could be that those particles move at such angles or friquency that they simply move in between of particles of light like needles in between straws, and thus remain invisible. They can be coming into existence and dissapearing intechangabely.

Rest in peace Vera Rubin :(

What we don't know about the universe could fill a universe.

Gravity is not attractive at a very large distance (stars in a galaxy), it is however repulsive and another attractive force appears: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/272483251_Flat_rotation_curve_without_dark_matter_the_generalized_Newton's_law_of_gravitation

Someone out there...

So, scientists consider it rational to believe in dark matter and dark energy without any ability to see it or measure it; yet they find it irrational to believe in God because they cannot see or measure God.

Wibbly wobbly timey wimey

i could listen to the old intro for hours

If Interstellar taught me anything, it's that dark energy is made of love! :P

OK.Dark matter is carbon. We must be taxed because of it or NYC will be under water by 2010.. All that carbon came from a 1963 Ford Falcon.

Dark Energy number 3 is Entropy/ Exotic Matter, and the large hadron collider has produced exotic matter, so that's what that is
