How did you find Vca? you already had the answer, but what do you need to do exactly to find it? Pythagorean theorem..?

you say tht we need to take the velocity perpendicular to the link. but tht velocity need to have some angle with the horizontal which u have taken approximately. if i wanna calculate that how to do it??
