I'm normally not a fan of the spacesaver keyboard, but the Model M looks really nice and slick. However, no lock lights kind of ruins it for me.

Model F wins.

Excellent presentation. Wish more videos were like this.

The Unicomp has a more "clack" sound to it, while the Model M sounds louder and more definite... and the Model F has a softer tone to it if you ask me.

Very nice video and very well done. Excellent for settling light quarrels between friends who posses none of the above ... yet. Thank you!

You know, I once thought about these keyboards being labeled like Pokémon... The Unicomp would be the pre-evolution of the Model M, and the Model F would be the Mega Evolution of the Model M!!
Or maybe I'm just playing too much GameCube and GBA (I know Mega Evolutions come from the 3DS, but I don't have one and I like the GBA more). -
Wish unicomp made keyboards using a capacitive switch. That sounded awesome!
-
The sound different caused by keycap and upper case material or by capacitive layer?

I'm not sure which one I like best on the video from a sound perspective. I may have to go with the Unicomp. However, my personal experience using both a Model F XT and a Model M, I prefer the F XT.
