G'day mate
Can you please put links in for the products what you used -
Hello Mate,
Thanks for the review of your Off-Grid Solar System. You mentioned that the INVERTER you have their is rated for 2500W but according to your test, you only see an output of 2200W on your Kill A Watt Meter.
The reason why you didn't get the full capacity of that Inverter was, the two lead wires that came from your Battery Bank to your 2500W Inverter needs to be upgraded to a lower gage (AWG) like 2/0 or may be 3/0 especially if your Inverter that surges that high up to 5000 (5Kw) you have to upgrade your Inverter cables to 2/0 or 3/0 then you will definitely utilize the maximum power of that Inverter.
I hope this will help you to understand what I'm trying to say.
Please get back to me ASAP after you try it to see if it fix the problem.
Thanks for sharing your project with us and God bless you. -
So i made it too . just by using inplix scripts:)

Good work. I recommend going the extra cost with the inverter and go for a Victron or the likes, maybe a Giant Power one. Yep a LOT more expensive but a lot more efficient and can be very well customised to suit what you need. Also the sinewave from them is a LOT cleaner, and will take excellent care of any electronics you might want to run from it. Lastly, see if you can run your panels into the MPPT controllers at a higher voltage. This will improve efficiency as there will be less voltage drop across the wire between the panels and the MPPT controllers. I have mine running at around 85V open circuit, it drops to around 75V when power is being drawn. Let the MPPT controllers do what they do best, convert volts to amps for your batteries.
Best of luck and I hope you're enjoying your off-grid setup! -
I am sure you'll learn how to make it if you'll read INPLIX HANDBOOKS from cover to cover :)

Great job Buddy. I am in Japan and have wind and solar.I would love to post my stuff one day.We have off grid and on grid systems. If you have spare power you should make a grid tie inverter bank. Thank you for sharing your work. It's awesome.

Great setup. What is the brand name of your batteries? Also where did you say you purchased them from? Thanks.
