8. time dilation : for dummies , time is directly proportional to distance . And speed is indirectly proportional . so, if the distance is more , the time increases . and if the speed is more , time decreases

    Speed of light has never been measured in one direction as well. Just bounced off reflectors.
    
    They use this theory to cover up the existence of the ether. Which, if energy was allowed to be harnessed from it would provide all power and energy we would ever need. The harnessing method using Tesla coils had funding pulled from it so as to make money from oil. Aka Warden cliff tower.

14. If an object travels faster than light how would you measure it? the instance it goes faster than light it starts traveling back in time.
15. So, lets say these two boys are each holding a pair of mirrors, one moving and the other relatively still, but in a completely dark room. There is no light. And since there is no light, the speed of light is irrelevant and hence wouldn't it mean they will not experience time dilation and length contraction? And lets say they both each have a torch and they switch it on so that the light bounces between the two mirrors, now since the speed of light is constant and one of them is moving, he will experience time dilation and length contraction. That just is too weird. I mean, the mere act of switching on the light results in time dilation. Weird. Too weird.
16. Firstly I would like to ask on what basis do we consider and accept that the speed of light is constant. What if it varies? How can we be so sure. Because I notice, in so many of our great theories and concepts, it is always assumed that the speed of light is a constant and if it really is not, all of these theories won't hold good. Shouldn't we first look for proofs of our assumptions first sp that we can be absolutely sure about them an then start making theories? I mean, that would make more sense and its productive. I get it, that's why its just a theory and not a law or something, but yeah, is there an actual proof that the speed of light is always a constant? If yes please enlighten me, if not, lets do something about it, lets work on proving it right or wrong. I mean, why does no one question it.
