My kids are always awake at 5am, I did this video with them at 6:45 and then they went to bed. They woke up at 7:30am!!! I didn't even do it with them for sleeping reasons as it didn't occur to me that it would help but it's amazing. I do yoga myself so wanted them to experience similar and I am so pleased I came across this. My 3 year old was engrossed in it doing all the moves without being promted. I never write reviews but this was just brilliant. Will be doing one each night now! Thank you so much. Xx

I loved it! I'm going to be a yoga teacher for kids in two weeks and I would love to do this for my class. How did you remember the entire story, sequence and what to say? I hope I can be as confident and cute and amazing as you :)
