The Universe 410 - Pulsars & Quasars
About | Information | History | Online | Facts | Discovery
A look at pulsars – tiny objects (only a few miles across) with powerful magnetic fields that spin so fast they appear to blink on and off; and quasars – the remnant cores of ancient galaxies that are so distant from us that they may be the oldest things in the universe. almost relativistic speed. I hate math, oddly enough I rarely miss a physics documentaries. it is most interesting, but I think some of the bad boys of Quantum physics are taking this stuff in the opposite direction.they act almost like it's a religion. everyone knows as it shows on the Quantum equations .pass a point and they admit they don't know. they will discover that detecting men hiding in the dark will be directly QPhs. it will be for some years the only thing that will detect the almost timid infinitesimal signal a human brain. then it's down hill from there. oh.....thought. thought is what will put us in the stars. a certain way of viewing things. at times I think I have it but the test results could not be regularly repeated. surely if there is a omniscient entity no matter the inherent mightiest of said entity, surely he didn't go through all that trouble for puny frail violent humans........naaas

Pulsar star goes 97m miles per hour that is equal to about 26 944 miles per second, the speed of light is 186,282 miles per second, so a Pulsar star is going 14.46433% the speed of light, just in case anyone was curious like me :)
