13. Almost all civilisations tell stories of a flood. Ugh did something really happen? 
14. I believe the tall hollow reed was corn growing, I had a Navajo Philosophy professor when going to college  at U of A. And we live in the Fifth world: Glittering World not fourth. The creation myth really isn't a myth and its about how navajos came into being from the earth.

17. For one Navajo stories should not be taken litterally. They are told in many different ways to teach us lessons about harmony and morals.This story is simple but still delivered a message.
