no joke i listend to this last night i understood the whole thing. all this pressure kept building in my forehead head as i went along it got so uncomfortable then a pinching sensation on my eyebrow, then a few cracks and the presure was gone my nose cleard aswell, weird. i used to think this was all bullshit. i couldnt achieve the astro projecting though

Some guru took meditation, chakras, and Reiki healing, mixed them together, and produced this new age stuff to make $$$$ from his devotees. Meditating in a pyramid will triple your cosmic energy absorption....lol...c'monn.
