We are all connected The natural equilibrium of the planet is being destroyed by the actions of our civilizations, which are all fundamentally based on materialism and profit. The damage that the people are causing to the planet are being ignored by the same population of these societies as they are distracted by their day to day lives. We must change form a materialistic orientated society into a resource based society built on the foundation of love and understanding for all life. The value of life is not money, it is life itself. Good video, but life didn't come from STAR DUST..! It came from God the creator of all things..!!!

The wild beasts eat those who attack them; the earth crushes those who crush it; it sends them into hunger and refuses to give them food, the whole universe is alive and every spot speaks in a certain language. God exists and he mad all of this. He exists where time is irreverent, only we go through time. Only he is above time itself. The earth is a mere creation, mere environment, we though are the elite creations on its domain; the creator made us grow from it like plants, we are connected to it, created from it and will go back to it, then in one day we will rise up again. And we shall see him; the creator. We go to a better place if we believed in him, we go to a hellish pit if we didn't believe in him. Let's be honest; the cosmos can crush earth at anytime. Why are we still alive, millions of times did earth cheat the odds of destruction? is it earth, or is it somebody engineering this?

This is so on point, I have felt this way for a while deep in my soul since a young boy.

Thank you for doing this. It is the best rationalization on behalf of Gaia that I have seen. I shared it with many under the heading "Be Careful: This Video Could Change Your Life!"
-
That's bull. We are adapted by our environment. Not the other way around. The species evolve. Your video is a cheap means to the supposed "enlightenment"

Here is to hope, that going forward we can turn away from monetarism and the quantitative world we have created to a more esoteric and qualitative world that is based on love as preached by Jesus, Ghandi, Dr King, Budah, John Lennon, Bob Marley, Siddartha, etc.
-
who is the speaker at the end? "WE MUST UNITE!"

Another view of human relationship to Gaia is expertly presented is 'The Obligation' by Steven Wolfe (available on Amazon.com). There is a very specific reason why we have evolved technologies that now allow us to travel beyond the atmosphere. In balance, this not only a good thing, but absolute necessity...a primordial obligation we have to the planet that gave us life.
