7. Hey Scott, look and more importantly listen to the video of the rocket explosion. More important than the object flying by in my opinion is the sound of a rifle shot that happens before the sound of the explosion noise makes it to the camera. If somebody were to sync the sound with the explosions it might be possible to decide if the object seen flying by somehow syncs up to the sound of the rifle shot. Or is that noise the sound of a sonic boom from a small fast moving object. That noise is heard at about 1:18 or 1:19 time hack on this video. It is confusing because at that moment you are watching the explosion in seeming silence.

9. stop at the 59 second mark and you will have your answer. look at what approaches it before the explosion, its a strange craft too fast for a bird or even a modern drone, this craft was going amazingly fast, very simular to what nasa has seen in space.
