Awesome video. I really enjoyed it. Had been visiting +Endeavour Spaceshuttle at +California Science Center many times where she is residing at. The exhibit is worth seeing since Endeavour is more amazing in person!!

The 1ª Voice is of Overlord .
-
i wonder how the pressure on the first landing was, with lots of less tech to assist.
-
By the way, this is the voice of the actress Jenna Fischer (Pam, on "The Office")

they would have to be so good at math's you need to be good to be a pilot so imagine how good you would have to be in NASA!
-
how do this guys land very safely and when airliner's engines fail at high altitudes make it a big deal to glide the plane to a safe landing?
-
An shuttle captain (I don't remember who) was once asked how his craft handled during landing. "Like a brick with wings."
-
funny
-
"Houston, Endeavour. Go around."

Did you notice the 2 big birds that flew across the video? Coming in at such a fast speed, birds cannot get a fair warning to the approach. Lucky for these two,the Endeavor had not been close enough to splatter them. You know how big bugs hit our windshields! I wonder how thick and what The Endeavors windshield is made of,does anyone know the answer? Reply back to me.

6:15 you begin to hear the APU's
-
No..the sonic boom is at 2:03. 5:30 is the sound of the chase plane passig over the microphone.
-
ok i need some help, what is the chugging/choo choo train noise once it has touched down?
-
If I were luckily enough to go into space I would be a heck of a lot safer in Soyuz than Shuttle. Thank goodness SpaceX is developing the safest manned system ever.
-
@igorvornoskov but of course!
-
dla tego nie jestem astronauta bo jej glos mnie tak podnieca ze przy ladowaniu bym sie rozjebal :)
-
Anyone know what sort of camera they're using to track it all that way? One hell of a lens/stabilizer system to follow it that far away all the way to landing.
