I certainly understand what Jason is saying with regards to the Spacemen 3 live set, hell, Kember is still playing the same songs live today... but I think Jason missed the point a little,, it wasn't cabaret... the Spacemen 3 set was a dynamic living experience, just like Les Rallizes Denudes (who by the way played the same live set for almost 30 years).

Interesting how he thinks Spacemen 3 was "cabaret" but chose to launch Spiritualized with a cover, which had already been covered superbly by Evie Sands (and Spiritualized certainly didn't do it better).
I love Jason's music, but sometimes what he says can be quite contrary. -
@powrxplor69 This was when Stop You're Crying was called Nothin' Hurts. I saw them twice in 1998 and they played Nothing Hurts AKA Stop Your Crying (as confirmed by the set list I got one of the nights). Nice to hear it aired so far in advance of it's eventual release :)
