so.. if it risky.. please go there and give your opinion about it.. Space X know it risky too. but what else can human do about it? this is mission to mars, go there and return safely like obama says. so.. your idea is.. go to mars, build a rocket and return to Earth? come on!! 6 person couldn't do that.

While the engineering feat achieved by the reusable rocket landing is impressive I'm still skeptical...
Reusable rocket is basically the very same concept as the Space Shuttle. Space Shuttle is too a rocket since it has its own rocket engines. The aim of STS is too make space launch cheaper the same way as SpaceX's reusable rocket. The shuttle however failed to do that. Can reusable rocket of space x achieve the goal of cheaper launch?
Another thing is, I don't trust well enough the method by Space X. In that it uses rockets to control landing.Space Shuttles way makes more sense in which it just glides back to land. Spaceship capsules like that of Soyuz used primarily parachutes to slow down and retro rocket to further decelerate.... Why the hell did SpaceX go for a more complicated and more risk of failure method? -
Somehow, this video got "Judas my Guide" stuck in my head.
-
didn't India already make a reuse able rocket and had a good first test
-
Who's watching this when spacex actually succeeded?
-
THIS VIDEO NEEDS TO BE UPDATED - WE IN 2016 PEOPLE.
-
And SpaceX just landed JCSat14's F9 first stage after a GTO insertion.
-
One thing I don't understand: Why wont they just use a parachute? It's a lot easier and more reliable!
-
We are one step closer to commerial space travel!
-
AND IT WORKED!
-
And now they have successfully landed on land and drone ship Of Course I Still Love You.
-
Congrats spacex they have done it. It's time for reusable rockets
And the inflatable BEAM is also up there in the IT'S along with the dragon -
This host is stupid condescending.

1 year and few days after that video... SpaceX succeed to land his Falcon 9 (v1.2) on the land. In few days from now.. an attempt to land on the platform in the sea will be made with the last Falcon 9 (v1.1).
-
I am from the future, SpaceX did it!
-
At least we did it :p
-
At least we are trying.
-
Elon Musk is such a legend
-
So I have an idea. why not try to give it deployable wings and "rocket glide" it back to land.
-
Terrible title. All rockets launched to space is "risky". So why just because they are trying something new does it have to be labeled as risky? It's actually very innovative and when they master this it will be much cheaper. I'd say whom ever wrote the title needs to go back to school.
