These videos are an indisposable part of my spiritual/personal development time! Thankyou so much sir Paul for sharing this with us. Since watching your videos, i've explored meditation, tai chi, and qigong with local teachers and it's life changing - cannot thankyou enough, just this past four months feels like four years and the word thankyou can't really incapsulate what this means to me- but thankyou still :) -love maria

As a recap, is the idea that if you are in a present state that you get more consciousness out of every second that passes?
-
Paul I have read that when performing the tai chi ruler microcosmic orbit breathing should occur at 2 breaths a minute. Is that just an average? For me, when at full ease 1 breath can last up to 5min. Is that too slow?
-
33:40 I've always been fascinated by that !! Even when I was a kid I used to just watch and focus on the clock and it always seemed fun how the second hand got slower and slower :D

Great video Paul. I'm currently taking a TM course and I resonated with the relative aspect of time. The technique induces a state of pure consciousness which is zero entropy. So is it like a quantum vacuum inside the brain? How would it affect time? Not really a question but I'm just excited and curious about your opinion.

Paul, I think it would be awesome if you did a video documenting your warm up, mobilizations, stretches before a workout! There is a lot of information out there on what you should and shouldn't do before a workout. I would love to see what your routine is! Thanks ! and great video by the way
