I really enjoyed this game, one of my favorite N64 games, will always remember the flying rabbits.
-
This will likely always remain my favorite video game. I was so young when I first played it and loved it because of how how challenging it was for my 6 or 7 year old mind. Excellent review! You've got a new subscriber. 😄

The expansion pack bricks this game.

when i played this as a kid i thought how it was funny that destroying the speakers actually affected the music
-
omg this was my favorite game on N64

Ohh man thanks a lot for this video, I almost cried, I remember how the bear level scared the shit out of me, I remember playing this with my cousin on weekends, overall this game reminds me of simpler times!!!?

oh shit the nostalgia is strong right now. loved this game. even more than goldeneye, mario or the like. it was just so original

I've had this game since I was a kid; other than it being a little hard to control at times, it's definitely fun and interesting. I wish more people knew about it.

Ah ... SSSV was the first game I had for my N64. At first I was very confiused about the story and the gameplay but I learned to love this game, especially the soundtrack.
Some weeks ago I searched for it and I played on my channel (I'm from Germany) and while playing there came a lot of memories :D
I think your review showed or told all important points but what I would like to hear is a commentary about the fantastic sound effects for example the laughing of the hyena or the sound when a shep walks :D
Thanks for the really good review ... ;) -
Best soundtrack 10/10

The camera is pathetic and constantly fighting you. Impossible to 100% due to a glitch that won't let you collect a trophy. No quality control or playtesting. Utter garbage.

My sister was very young, some 6 years old, and she only wanted to play the second mission where you had to bark the sheep into the fence. She would finish the mission and ask me to put it again, and I loved to do it. Great memories of this game.

Oh man, I used to love this when I was little. My favorite thing was making up my own stories inside of the levels, imagining the foamy mouthed bear as "The legendary monster in the mountain guarding it's gold!" was just a thrill along with overcoming my fear of it. Or pretending that the ice level was a war zone between the penguins and the huskies. I'd spend more time treating the characters like toys more than actually progressing in the game, but my most fond memories with video games come from Space station.

i've got a friend who only played ocarina of time and majora's mask on n64, and now is asking me what other game i'd suggest... This one immediately came to mind. It's THAT good.

Loved this game as a kid. I can't understand why they never made more

I was so disappointed when I encountered this bug. And then to discover you could only get them with a cheat code. I stopped playing it right there. (I'm a completionist). But I still own it!
-
I remember always playing this after a couple hours on pokemon battle with my pal.. Diverted our frustrations at the game instead of each other!

This was one of my favorite games.

I heard this game has freezing issues with the expansion pak on the first level, and the only way to use the expansion pak is use temporlarily use the Jumper Pak for the first level, after that the Expansion Pak can used , is that true?

8:10 - It's kinda sad to say but, it was pretty clear to see the change in game developing mindset going from a super-creative open-minded style; to a cold calculated corporate juggernaut kinda thing. It all happened within a few short years, really.
