Gliders have larger wings for a reason - they don't glide without them. This is a jet with chicken size wings because those are three jet engines at the rear. Yes, your ears are not lying - NASA is. Never A Straight Answer.

Why does the space shuttle have jet engines on it?
-
thats a very loud glider!!(lol)

The space shuttle is NOT A GLIDER...its clearly a jet. NASA is a fraud.
-
obviously there is a huge jet engine hidden in the rudder! that's what's making the sound. no way a large aircraft can glide into an unpowered (or "dead stick") landing!
-
This is good! Its pretty close to the real noise! Though the real one was actually pretty eerie at night.
