2. The Space Shuttle really did work at getting our Astronauts into space and Traveling to the ISS. Obama just does not want us to have the Job on transporting people into space he think's that that privilege has not been honestly earned because he thinks the USA is too illegitimate to be a Superpower Nation, he wants NASA to focus global warming and even more on the achievements by Muslims. In other words Remember what NASA has become under Obama, no longer about Space exploration, "we're going to ground the Shuttle Fleet, we're gonna lease space for Astronauts on Russian Spacecraft" said Obama. NASA has not only been told to focus on Global Warming but also more importantly to Obama NASA has been told to help Muslims feel good about their historic contribution to science and math and engineering." And NASA administrator Charles Bolden said it himself he "Before I became the NASA administrator, he charged me with 3 things, One, was he wanted me to help re-inspire children to want to get into science and math, we wanted me to expand and our international relationships, and third and perhaps for most he wanted me to find out a way to reach out to the Muslim World, and engage with much more dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to Science and math and engineering." What a humiliation Barrack Hussein Obama has turned our nation to! And by the way would somebody show me any Nobel prizes for Math or Science from the Muslim World?! Most of these claims about Muslim contributions to Math and science are actually myths. The so called Arabic Numbers were actually invented by the Hindus in 500 AD in more than 1 century before there was even such a thing as Islam! What Obama is doing with NASA is completely futile to want to give the Muslims credit for Crap or shit however you'd like to say it that they didn't invent! It's also as if Obama does not want the USA to have an unrivaled space exploration program or Obama does not want the USA to dominate in space. Obama's treating the Russians as though, it's more rightful and moral to let them Russians dominate in space because the Russian government under Vladimir Putin supports the idea of socialism and communism more since Barrack Obama's father and Grandmother were communists.

9. Cant believe it... same space shuttle 22 years later after its first launch in 1981, space shuttle Columbia on February 1st 2003 exploded while re-entering the earth carrying 7 astronauts really sad may u R.I.P Columbia and may those who died with you RIP. <3  
10. The female at Mission Control is definitely NOT Christa McAuliffe. She was only selected to fly on the Shuttle in 1985 and would have been just an ordinary young teacher in 1981.
    Orange is the "natural" colour of the foam insulation used on the ET. Originally the tank was sprayed with a  protective white paint but the painting of the tank was discontinued to save weight.
    The tanks ALWAYS shed foam, from the 1st flight right through to the last. It was something that they never learned how to cure.

12. I just got a NASA DVD 2 disk package the other day and this program is on it (Disk 1). The package is called "40th Anniversity Man On the Moon with Walter Cronkite" For all you, youtubers information if interested in seeing this on DVD. I enjoy the music during the landing segment. It sounds like the spaceship ATARI video game of the times. RIP Columbia

17. Looks like it had one big missing tile right next to the steps they walked down, in the black "triangle area" comeing up to the hatch. Not sue, could just be really discolored. I watched this live when I was a kid, someone should tell Young to show more emotion, cant tell if he's happy ;-)
