This show is...hard to explain my relationship to it. It's there. I don't like shorts, I didn't watch anything other than the 1st ep of Inferno Cop. And Panty and Stocking was literally shit (not often I get the chance to use that term appropriately), it's also probably the dumbest thing I've ever sat all the way through. The Epic Movie of anime, but not quite the Kung Pow of anime where I walk out of the theater halfway through and demand a refund.
I don't like it, except I keep watching it so I must. I'm so confused.
I can say for certain though:
Luluco is cute, Alpha Omega Nova is cool, and I love the ending. -
