SPACE IN VIRTUAL REALITY! (Universe Sandbox 2 - HTC Vive VR)

Today we're checking out the VR mode in Universe Sandbox 2! In VR mode, you get access to laser pointers and you can pick up and throw planets with your controllers! Fun for a little bit, but I'm hoping a lot more gets added to the VR mode in the future. :) ------------------ Have you ever wanted to play god? Well you can in Universe Sandbox 2. I enjoy creating and destroying entire civilizations by exploding suns and randomly placing Jupiters in the solar system. I'm going to be attempting various scientific experiments with planets, stars, black holes, and galaxies just to see what happens! if you want to see any particular experiments, please let me know in the comments! I've been on a really big space kick lately as you can tell. It would be good to have games that are normal except you use the VR headset to see the 3D, but not necessarily the head turning etc.

Awesome video, Ze! Just wanted to say that as soon as we release Alpha 19 of Universe Sandbox ² we'll be working on a VR update . This VR update will add all of the things coming in the desktop version of Alpha 19, like Roche fragmentation and the improved collisions and particles. Then after that, we'll be merging the two modes so we won't have to update them separately.
