So sad that there were no more series added as this was a great sci-fi TV show.
-
Tony: "Any one who likes my beer, can't be trusted!", so funny as they all laughed about it, knowing it is so true.
-
big fat guy with goofy hair lol
-
Love the "Taybor theme" 03:56
-
14:47 Tony's beer is now known Universe wide.
-
The guest stars on average in 1999 remind me of the type Dr Who and Blake's 7 had. I do prefer the 1st season, as most other fans seem to.
-
that "woman" that Maya transformed herself into at the end is the most homely, repulsive thing I've ever seen
-
One of the better episodes of Season 2. Willoughby Goddard is great as Harry Mudd, imprisoned with his nagging wife at the end of the story.
-
While I hated the second season, I liked this episode.
-
the dinner with Taybor, camera spinning around the white table at the beginning of the shit, prefigures the meal scene in Alien.
Willoughby is so over the top sometimes he loses control over the pronunciation of his lines and is basically just vocalizing loud incomprehensible garaugh blergh baugh baghhhr syllables. Genius. -
too goofy for sci fi aficionados
-
there were also some great african- american characters.
-
"Hyperspace" as a term was used long, long before Star Wars, most notably in written science-fiction in the 1940s..
-
Willoughby Goddard (Taybor) certainly gave them all a great acting lesson in that one..:)

Thanks for uploading Space 99 episodes moonbubba!,love this series!!
-
The powers that be demanded that Gerry Anderson make the show more dramatic. Damn bureaucrats. Look where it got them; no season three.
-
That opening is so stupid.
Koenig spins in his chair in the command center and fires a laser
at what? -
Matter of Balance would've been better if the aliens were from a different dimension instead of anti-matter, and explained that they needed to change places with other beings that housed a "soul". Mark of Archanon was never one of my favorites either, but Seance Spectre is - there should've been more Alphans with mutinous aspirations.
-
I think The Taybor while not being very convincing is certainly not the worse Year 2 episode. I'd give the worse ever Space: 1999 Year 2 episode honors to the following... A Matter of Balance, Mark of Archanon, Lambda Factor. My all time worse award goes to The Seance Spectre, all through the episode Greg Sanderson's was screaming about the, "Habitable Planet!"
I was like ok Greg Sanderson we get it your a nut cake. At the end of this episode most normal minds would have been driven to searching for gains of Haldol in the dust bins. The Taybor was funny and interesting something none of my worst episode picks candidates share. Honorary mention for worst ever goes to "All That Glitters!" An hour spent giving a rock a drink of water. -
Still the worst episode EVER!
