This is more than great, it's fantastic! The editing on this is perfect! It looks like the opening credits to "Space 1999: The Motion Picture"!

In the future... fuck collars.
-
wow, never watched this series or listened to this music, it's amazing!
-
Great series and love this video. If you don't mind me adding a little plug... For a new take on 1962's TELSTAR please check out Telstar by THE DUELLING PIANOS. A great video with a nod and wink to 50s and 60 Sci Fi!

Barry Morse looks like a good guy.
-
I love that. Very well done.

The biggest similarity between Space 1999 and Star Trek is that they both had the same producer for their final seasons, Fred Freiberger.
-
fantastic :)

Absolutely brilliant. This made me smile to see all those great clips again.. although I am no fan of Geoff Love's version of the the theme, I had it on LP years ago... You should do a version of his Dr Who theme next...;-)
-
You guys made this yourselves? Amazing
-
All clips from the original footage. Thanks

Yeah, I always thought that this was an excellent arrangement; it kept what was good about the original, but was different enough to be worthwhile. Is this the version from the "Star Wars and Other Space Themes" album? The arrangement itself seems identical, but the recording sounds just *slightly* different (perhaps a bit less polished).
