In this installment of solar basics, we will start to try to understand electricity on a basic level. It all begins with Ohm's law so we will take each of those 3 components (voltage, current, and resistance) and talk about them in separate videos. In this video, we will go over what voltage is and how it relates to solar. **Please note, if this is confusing or scary you will want to consult with an electrician or hire one before attempting to do electrical work yourself**

I enjoy solar, but you are right, it requires some electronics understanding. For some reason I have always had a hard time getting the electronics textbook open. There is a reason they call me "the Jessie Pinkman of electronics". The basics really help and takes constant reminder. Just some basics makes it doable.
