I am forced to play volleyball on a high level by my parents, so even if i don't want to i gain alot of muscles on my thighs... They get angry whenever i bring up quitting so that's sadly not an option :/

I've been searching all over the internet to get "slim thighs" but all of them told me to squat/run?! I got so confused when I started to gain more muscle - even with stretching - which I got in a period of two days. So the workout was effective I guess, the results came pretty damn fast, but they didn't help me LOSE fat. And they all said I would - so as soon as I started losing hope and giving up I realised I might as well start doing something that makes me happy but also push my limits to lose wight. So I started to do cardio dance workouts,intenseinner thighs workouts too and now I might add this in! :D Damn this comment is too long... XD -

thanks for the video i will do these toning workouts after my jog ^^ recently i can see my calf start growing muscle and i freaked out... but this video reminded me that I should tone my legs afterwards! hopefully i can get my results
