32X is the clear winner here.

32X Version. It's obviously close to the Arcade version. It should've been a SMS vs PC Engine comparison.
-
Sega 32X hands down.
-
Why was this even compared..?
-
Why compare a 32bit version to an 8bit version?
-
The 32X version looks better. Considering, though, that the TurboGrafx-16 was really an eight-bit system with extra colours, it didn’t do too badly here!

not a Fair comparison at all. of course 32x looks better, it damn well should.

next snes vs tg-16 bonk
-
Should have made it a triple threat match with Master System, TG16, AND 32x!

32X FTW! I love this little beast. It's kinda underrated but among those who know, it's a hardware with some great capabilities as well as many great games. Playing Space Harrier, After Burner or Virtua Racing Deluxe on it is a real treat. Also it has some untapped potential and, anyway, I hope to see more from it in the future...

Of course the 32X port wins ;) it's already better than the Sharp X68000 port and the latter is already better than the PC Engine port. But the PC Engine port is not too bad given the system's limitations even tho the lack of checkered-looking floor is a HUGE fail (the X68000 port also lacked it, both ports were done by the same company, Dempa, and the PC Engine one is just a stripped down version of the X68000 one).

The brightness in the 32x seems way too high, everything looks washed out. But thats something that can be tweaked. I'm impressed by all the scaling effects, Outrun would have looked amazing on that system. The 32X had great specs but it was way too expensive.
-
The PCE has 32X the love though.
-
Not a fair comparison at all. The PC-Engine is not nearly as powerful as the 32X and it came out 7 years earlier. I do think that the PC Engine port could've been a lot better than it was though. It just wasn't a very good port.

32x 99% and PC Engine 1%
Sega 32x Wins -
Not really the fairest comparison, considering the 32X was FAR more powerful. The 32X version is the better one out of these two, but the PC Engine version is still REALLY good. I've seen FAR worse ports.
Oh, are you going to bring 1 Minute Reviews back? I'd like to see more of those, too. -
32x All the way, it's much better and closer to the arcade version than the PCE version, especially in the sound department
