My Li-ion charger for my tools refuses to operate if it's too cold. For some reason, it thinks the batteries won't like it.
Make sure you can keep batteries somewhat warm if you take them where it's really cold.
If you require 24V for anything but 12V for other things, install a serial/parallel switch to change from 12V to 24V. Don't just disconnect half the batteries for 12V, that will make the batteries unbalanced. -

Pleasantly surprised - For the suggestion box "relax a little" the history lesson of lithium and its disposal processes was awesome =D It's hydrogen gas that leeches from the led batterys when gassing off, so any vented enclosure should be made of fiberglass and not metal ... Any sweating of the metal in a hydrogen rich environment accelerates the rusting of that metal enclosure, the hydrogen then rebinds with any oxygen in the form of h2o creating it own weather system withing the box .... venting is necessary as Hydrogen gas becomes explosive at a concentration of 4 percent...vary good video!

Very nice video.
There are no batteries that have constant voltage and li-ion usually have 400 cycles mostly depending on how cool they run. -
So many people giving informative and intelligent advice in the comments, and yet half of them don't know the difference between 'they're', 'their', and 'there'! Amazing that people know the how the complex chemical reaction processes in batteries work, but not the differences between such basic English words!

U have good skill-mic- tripod and editing- Add some informative B roll- Double check your info - cut out unnecessary / confusing stuff - like 24volt info - Really Nice RV U have - -
Your good at taking the jargon out of tech talk . Necessity ...the mother of invention -LITHIUM ION BATTERIES were a spin off invention from the guy who developed the pacemaker, so they didn't have to hack you open just to change the batteries. Gotta be true cause i seen it on TV :)
