Russian Cargo Ship Launched to the International Space Station

The unpiloted Russian ISS Progress 65 cargo ship launched to the International Space Station Dec. 1 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on a two-day journey to deliver more than two-and-a-half tons of food, fuel and supplies to the six members of the Expedition 50 crew. The Progress will automatically dock Dec. 3 to the rear port of the Zvezda Service Module for a six-month stay.
