Very understanding video but I have 1 question. Instead of using a white thread cable can't I just use a mc4 extension in skin the ends so I'll know if one is negative in positive or is it mandatory to keep it white?. I look at a few other video's some used white some used black with red which do you prefer.

si conecto dos paneles a 12 voltios y 100 watt en paralelo puedo aumentar los amp o seguiran siendo igual

Great video! These are amazingly small and lightweight for their rated capacity (100 watts apiece), and my tests show that they easily meet their ratings. The design and construction of these panels appears to be very high quality, and I have nothing but praise for these panels! I found the best deal at http://amzn.to/1UCePo5

what about fuse protection?

I want a solar panel that can be connected directly to an outlet or set of outlets. The energy storage box directly to the outlets at least. This is for a washing machine and a small shed.

Hello, newby question here. I'm installing on a travel trailer. Can you connect the solar controller to the cable that already goes from the fuse converter box to the battery, or does it have to be a separate cable? I'm just hoping to avoid laying another cable to the battery. Thanks!

How do you add more batteries?

Hey there, can you help me figure out my solar kit? I have 5 solar panels of 250 wats each. And i have a new 6000 watts 12 volts inverter. I have 7 batteries of 12 volts. I need to figure out how to connect the panels and what solar controller i need to buy. The batteries need to be in a 12volts configuration because of the inverter. Thank you.

I was looking at the renogy 50 watt mono panel, to join with my seimens sp75 mono panel would that work? or do they need to be the same watts and make? Also what size wire would you use ? I think I have 12 GA

YOUR AUDIO IS TERRIBLE...COULDN'T WATCH...BUT IT'S PROBABLY MY FAULT AS I HAVE A SLIGHT HEARING PROBLEM...

+Richard Ynez Hi there, sorry for the belated reply. We somehow missed your question, but in regards to fuses, they're optional but recommended. The same goes for circuit breakers as well, however, you would need an enclosure of some sort for the breaker to sit in.

I want this for mainly cell phones, tablets, portable batteries, bluetooth keyboard, bluetooth speaker, a fan, a light. etc. I planned to get the Renology Solar panel with charge controller but I am unsure on what battery and what else I would need to purchase to make this possible. Any suggestions?

My friends at Renogy....
1. I think you need to make more professional video than this one... Not good for your image.
2. Safety (not display here at all) for those new in solar... Fuses? Sequence of events? Double checks?
I like your products, but you got an F on videos. -
how do you know which is positive and which is negative?

planing to operate my computer shop on solar , staring on 10pcs of computer, can u give me some solar panel kits and the price .

It would be great and informative to speak about the charge controller. This component is key to the system's efficiency. What type is it?

Can we use the load in the charge controller to connect to the power inverter???
-
i am new to this. just a series of questions. (1) so, the purpose of charge controller is to allowed the solar panel to transfer electricity to the battery, so that the battery becomes charged, right? (2) and the battery is also transferring electricity back to the charge controller, so that there is an output from the charge controller, where you can attach a load, right? Will i need an inverter if i'm going to load it with a series of electrical extension points?
