2. So what then becomes of Hawkins' The History of Time or Kruass and all the Big Bangers? They have to defend rather than research. Dare to think.

YO --- WHY is it so difficult to accept that (1) Arp's "intrinsic" red-shifts  AND  (2) the Big Bang's "cosmological" red-shifts  are BOTH true:  i.e., our universe real-ly is expand-ing, but not as fast as the standard-model believers think:  PLUS: the "intrinsic" red-shifts, which standard-model believers DENY, are also real ... 
   WHY is it so difficult to accept this ??   DR. ERNEST STERNGLASS has had similar rejections as DR.ARP, when "reputable" journals refused to publish his papers ... he describes this in his book, titled BEFORE THE BIG BANG ... sternglass mentions arp in his book, which is how i first learn'd of arp's important work in ... sternglass believes that there is an "AETHER" --- which fills our universe:  this belief makes him a heretic to standard-model believers, who DENY the existence of aether ..... 
4. I can accept a spatially infinite universe, but not one that is at the same time eternal. Because the night sky is not bright, as per Olber's paradox, the universe as we know it must have had a beginning in time.

I have been saying for a long time that Moderns are prisoners to the "140-Year Evolution/Uniformitarian Pseudoscientific Dark Age" where this gargantuan timeline that never existed is fundamentally required in order to artificially sustain the 'scientific' masquerade and folly of the censor-happy Neo-Scientific Orthodoxy.  Virtually all their theories, hypothesis and conjecture are erroneous and severe misinterpretation of the data due to their false foundational paradigm and worldview.

Had the great experience of being on a fencing team with Arp '59-'60.  He gave me some advice that won our team (Falcon Studios) a gold medal.  (épée  so cal division).  Another team mate, famous animator Frank Andrina, also passed last year.  "Those were great days when we were fencing" - Arp, in an email to me in '96. Great man, sadly missed.

9. It's truly a shame that Dr. Arp could not be vindicated while he was alive! I hope that the EU will finally blow the doors off of this ridiculous paradigm called the Big Bang "theory".. as Nicola Tesla said.. "Today's scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality."

10. Who could imagine in this century we would have scientists being treated the same way as Galileo was some 450 years ago. It seems, when you look at the core of humans and humanity, there is little change, although we fool ourselves by seeing technological advancements as human advancements. We need at least another 100,000 years of evolution to even notice any improvements, at core.

    let me just come out and say it....
    
    We are living on the inside of a hollow egg. The outside is hell. and above us are seven concentric spheres... the earth is not a "planet" Plumb bob experiments prove this. No way we are moving at 255,000 mph thru the universe at 2 angles of rotation...
    
    This is called the cellular cosmogony or Geocosmos. Everyone believed this before Galileo and Copernicus
    
    the planets do rotate around the sun on the outside of the 7th sphere. Stars are not what we think they are. The monks of the medieval ages thought they were "angels" Quran also hints at something like that as do the Vedas.

    arp figured all this and so have the electric universe people. they just don't think we can handle it... and they are right lol. I almost went nuts. anyway... the Aetherforce guys got me onto this but they told me to keep quiet bout it lol.... i got a big mouth.

17. I am deeply moved by the passing of Halton Arp. I believe his evidence of non-cosmological redshifts is one of the powerful falsifications of an established paradigm ever. He has demonstrated, beyond any reasonable scientific doubt, the falsehood of "Hubble's Law" which, as a foundation stone in the Big Bang Theory, causes the whole structure to collapse.
     
    Kuhn wrote in "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" that a paradigm shift usually had to wait for the scientists with old ideas to pass away before it could be accepted. With the passing of Halton Arp, I am suddenly worried that this trend is reversing. Establishment science has such a stranglehold of scientific publishing and education that I worry there may be no one to take up the cause for scientists like Arp. I am worried that all those who might bring us our of our current scientific morass will soon pass away, leaving only the "lemmings", as in the lyrics below from Chilliwack's song "Something Better".

18. I want to thank you for this informative youtube channel. This video is quite interesting and has opened my view on the world of science in the comso. I am in no way smart enough to be an astronomer or even to understand the technical terms science. But I do welcome the fact that we have important people like Halton Arp. I think in any industry (businessmen or women, lecturers, teachers and so on) get stuck into beliefs, ideals and even may I say routine? They basically for get about being open to new ideas and asking questions.  :) Thank you so much
