   About EVE cloud glitching: it can be fixed by opening your BoulderCo\Clouds\cloudLayers.cfg file in Notepad, finding the Kerbin node, finding the altitude entry under that, and changing the 4000 to 10000 -- that should raise clouds above the surface.
   EVE beta ("Overhaul") has much better features, especially cities including during daylight, but it has a few issues with RSS that rbray is working on. If you want to try it, grab Overhaul-8 (-9 doesn't work at all for RSS).
   A city lights mask is available for Overhaul-8 on the RSS repository; others have posted masks in the RSS thread for EVE 7-3.
   
   It looks like you might not be using a set of engine configs. Real Fuels requires a set, as the OP and readme state. You have three choices, all described in Post #2 of the RF thread. Without a set of engine configs, you're not actually using Real Fuels; you're playing KSP with lighter tanks and liter units.
   Regarding Engine Ignitor: right now the only set of engine configs that supports Engine Ignitor fully is RftS Engines. RealEngines will support it soon. I'm not sure what Raptor831 will do for Stockalikes. But stockalikes can be best served by extracting (and thus enabling) the built-in configs in Engine Ignitor. NOTE: Also, make sure you extract the cfg relating to pressurized tanks too, no matter which set of engine configs you install.
4. To stop those clouds glitches you need to go into the clouds .cfg file and wherever you see altitude = <value> add 6000 (e.g altitude = 4000 becomes altitude = 10000). Do this for all instances in the file and it will fix not only kerbin but all bodies with an atmosphere. This is especially important for Eve with it's multiple cloud layers. 
5. This is great it's fun to watch the launches of the new launch vehicles. I can't wait to see how this plays out. Along with the duna landing, I'd also like to see an apollo style muhn landing. Keep up the good work
6. If you're starting a series, get RealFuels and the StockEngine configs /w ProceduralParts. If you dont wanna get that get ferram's isp scaler to make it easier to use the stock engines and fuels.
