1. Dr. Scott here shows that the work of Dr Halton (Chip) Arp was correct and the fact that he was fired because what he found did not agree with the big bang theory. Shame on mainstream astronomy for the way Dr. Arp was treated.
2. From what I know about Dr Arp's work what he observed was repeatable and statistically in the millions to one of being an accident. What these scientists have observed will not be an isolated incident. Is anyone looking for more quasars that have undergone this rapid change and now appear to be galaxies?

   Quiet quasar has apparently eaten its fill

   Astronomers with the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) announced that a distant quasar ran out of gas.
   Their conclusions, reported Jan. 8 at the American Astronomical Society
   meeting in Kissimmee, Florida, clarify why quasar SDSS J1011+5442
   changed so dramatically in the handful of years between observations.
   The SDSS measured another spectrum for this quasar in early 2015, and noticed a huge decrease between 2003 and 2015. The team made use of additional observations by other telescopes over those 12 years to narrow down the period of change.
   "The difference was stunning and unprecedented," said UW astronomy graduate student John Ruan, a member of the research team. "The hydrogen-alpha emission dropped by a factor of 50 in less than 12 years, and the quasar now looks like a normal galaxy."

   A thick layer of dust could have passed through the host galaxy, obscuring their view of the black hole at its center. But, they concluded that there is no way that any dust cloud could have moved fast enough to cause a 50-fold drop in brightness in just two years. Another possibility is that the bright quasar in 2003 was just a temporary flare caused by the black hole ripping apart a nearby star. While this possibility has been invoked in similar cases, it cannot to explain the fact that the changing-look quasar had been shining for many years before it turned off.
4. Reported as dimming, what was actually observed was a change in the red shift amount. Cause of red shift can not then be space stretch or Doppler. I predicted red shift change due to change in light path to observer. Proximity of space debris to light path affects red shift amount..

   So, I don't get it: Is Donald Scott reading the title to a different press release from the one shown, or was its title changed, or did he get the title wrong? It's still interesting that they're saying it's "shutting off" -- a lot of underlying (and unexamined) assumptions there! If he's referencing another release -- whose title I put into Google and to which I found no exact match -- could the +ThunderboltsProject please place a link to it (or if it's just in print, some kind of identifying information) into the Description?

6. What if electricity is just what an object gives off, instead what if the universe could be made of anything and constantly changing. I believe it would take Enternity to learn the exact make-up of the universe. As I believe it is infinite, electric universe is not bad and it can't and will never fully grasp the complete and infinite make-up of the Universe and beyond.

13. That is a great book from H Arp get it through Amazon it is cheap, quite scientific but the concepts can be grasped easily enough

No significant revelation shall come about, nor any scientific achievements that violate or infringe on the prevailing paradigm will be acknowledged, only incremented advancements of technology, that perpetuate the current ideological geopolitical- macroeconomic agenda will bear tenacity.
    Exclusive but unopened as it be, only the unveiling of the true nature of our reality, can man break free from its prison of dogmatized beliefs, and shift its impending coarse of retrogression.
    I do joy in the connotations of reinspecting our origins without prejudice, open minds, and a salacity for truth, but coexisting with despair knowing that lay greater powers whose inclination is towards the antithesis of everything that i just wrote, so with that conveyed it should be perfectly understood that with every great discovery will be an even more monumental cover up. The further we deny truth, the farther from perfection we become.
15. It's depressing that our "modern" society hasn't advanced more than this. All the bragging we do in west about our advanced countries and their science and this is how true scientists like Dr Halton Arp are treated. This is how true science is buried and we are fed with some pseudoscience version.
