Sir Susskind has the best definition of entropy I've heard in all the lectures I've had from my teachers at University and on the Internet. It's quite elegant!

This past Saturday I was thinking about the Higgs Boson and Quantum Gravity. I had this idea. What if objects of mass create a stronger Higgs Field that make it easier for other objects of mass to be objects of mass? What I'm saying is that if there are more Higgs Bosons around very large objects such as the Earth that other objects of mass will naturally move toward the "Path of Least Resistance" which is where there are more Higgs Bosons or where the Higgs Field is strongest. Mass is attracted to mass on the quantum level simply because it is easier to be mass around other mass. If the Higgs allows for mass to exist wouldn't it make sense that the more Higgs the easier it is? Think about the common analogy of being stuck in a room of people where the other people are Higgs Bosons. The more people there are the more likely you are to get stuck in the crowd. Being in a crowd of 10 to 50 people is tough but imagine being stuck in a much, much larger crowd. Now, it's way easier to get stuck the crowd. It can become virtually impossible the more Higgs Bosons (people) there are around. True?

The cameraman does not know which is important whether the total black board or the equations Susskind writing on the board focusing closer. He is not an experienced person and does not know the importance of this kind of lectures.

Where he talks about Planck scale being the scale at which Quantum Gravity plays an important role, instead of saying it was a good guess he should have said that it's because it's the scale at which the wavelength associated with a certain mass is equal to the Schwarzschild radius of that mass, implying that at that scale the exact position and momentum of the mass have no physical meaning.
