About | Information | History | Online | Facts | Discovery
What sort of changes in interpretation and practice take place from Imam to Imam through Ismaili history? What are the specific features of Ismaili Neoplatonism and Cosmology – like God, Universal Intellect, Universal Soul? What is the Ismaili thought on why bad things happen on earth? Is there a common core within all these different esoteric traditions? What is the role/status of Jesus Christ in Islam in general and in Ismaili thought? Pluralism and other spiritual paths When does the Imam obtain gnosis – does he get it when he becomes the Imam? Are the Imams infallible in the Ismaili tradition? The Ismailis are often thought of as being an antinomian sect. What is your opinion on this? Why did science & philosophy come to an end in the 12th century among Muslims? How do Ismailis today reconcile science and religion? Is Islam inherently a violent religion or is it a religion peace? --------- Become a patron: http://patreon.com/gnostic http://gnosticwisdom.net

Islam is Din-e-Hanif (Broad Religion). There are around 73 sects/communities/school of thoughts and they have their own understanding and interpretations about Islam. But they all believe in Allah and his Rasool(s). There is need to create and educate ignorant to make acceptance and give respect to other communities.
There are many in the World who Blame Ismailism according to their so called perceptions and interpretations, the main thing is there is no fault in the community. It is fault in your point of view and from the angle you look at them. The following are some of the link to understand the Ismaili point of view according to Quran and Sunnah.........go through all these links then I am sure there will be no more questions left unanswered.

Khalil should first of all learn about Islam and accept it first then talk about it. He is ignorant of Islam because he is an Ismaili anti-Islam, and that is why he calls his cult as Ismaili Islam. There is no such a thing as Ismaili Islam. What a laugh.

any system of spirituality that is ordered and has a priest is no longer gnostic.

I find atheists even better human beings than some who claim to be spiritual. I believe that religion teaches you to be a good human being. my sister in law does not believe in GOD but she does what we are told to do in our religion without being part of the religion. She is more GODLY than many of us who proclaim to be religious.

Robert Silva. hats off to you.you are truly in search of knowledge unlike others who like to argue. Hazrat Ali always emphasized education. you seem very intelligent and that is in itself a blessing.

Salaam alsikum! thank you so much for this excellent video. The discussion was fascinating, and so brilliantly mutually respectful. This video had a ton of dense and weighty material to it.
I have been a fan of Khalil Andani since his Harvard talk on Isma'īlī Islam. I follow the Ithna Ashari, or Twelver school, so I have a good understanding of the succession to Muhammad (pbuh) and the concept of Imamate, but I was very much confused by the Isma'īlī school. His talk elucidated the subject, and to take it deeper and explore gnosis in Islam is brilliant.
This is heavy duty stuff, and thank you for enlightening me. -
Very interesting. Thanks You Tube for sharing.
