for this set up how many batteries are needed?

how much for this system?

To Stephen Craig, for some reason I can't post to your comment.
The question is how to manage the resources of the system and not how many devices at once. Every alt energy system has its limitations. You have 300-450 watts an hour from the solar panels during sun hours, and 153 amp hours of an AGM solar battery of which you can use 92 A/H or 1100 watts before it needs re-charging. Additional batteries can help. Know the watts on the devices you wish to use, a Kill-a-watt meter can help. We do not offer the structural foam cart anymore. -
Whats the max Watt output?

how many batteries

can you imagine if every house had some solar power what it would mean for the country and the independence from power company sharks?
-
i live in the caribbean how do i get one.how long does the charge hold
-
is there a way to not have to bring it into the house is there a extension cord available?

Is one able to use this system with an iron for ironing?

Still continue to be amazed by my signature series grid eraser model. The design, the material used to create the product us as stated to be higher than industry required components. The wiring is overkill as us the high quality AGM battery, the solar panels, the all steel cart that houses the components neatly and safely. I am a customer that has researched this type of technology and similar products. Simple to use, effective, highly intelligent and most effective engineered design makes this the highest return on your investment. The product is also upgradeable for future growth. However, I highly recommend consulting the grid eraser people before you choose one. I have learned through research prior to my purchase how to use it effectively by power management. Changing to LED low watt consumption light bulbs to energy star appliances to measuring the energy consumption of all appliances I choose to connect my system to. GET A KILL A WATT METER FIRST! Learn before you buy.

Do you use lead or lithium batteries?

What's the wattage and dimensions of the solar panel? How long do the batteries last. What kind of warranty would we get?
-
What does it cost??
Several people asked, but nobody gave an answer.
How much??? -
Had a power failure and I am using the system to run a few things like lights my wireless modem and router a small freezer and fridge until the electric company restores power grid.

If I run my TV and cable box at 200 watts and I have a 12 volt battery then the math is 200 w divided by battery volts 12= 16.66 amps. Then take the amp hr battery in this cade 158 amp hr and divide it by the amps being used 16.66 = 9.48 hours until the vattery is drained. You never really want ti do that too often. Battery company says drain to 60%. Then take the 9.48 hours and multiply by .6 = gives you a run time of 5.48 hours running my 70" 4k Tv and cable box at night. For a portable Emergency solar system like this it is not bad at all. If you get two 158 amp hr batteries then you double that run time. I would recommend you also purchase additional solar panel to recharge those batteries to 100% during daytime. Remember you can also upgrade and get a second solar charge controller that can accept an additional 30 amps. I have three 145 watt panels and that is almost maxing out one controller. I will need an additional three 145 watt solar panels and another controller.

Hello everyone. Going to test out the solar system during power outage from tropical storm/ possible hurricane Erika. Stay tuned... 😃

Just purchased a Signature series 1,000 watt pure sine wave inverter and comes with 2 solar panels. I spoke directly as promised by the company with one of the owners. Gotta say, after a lengthy conversation with the owner, I was impressed with the personal attention I received and the amount of knowledge he had. After researching about a system like this for years, the Grid Eraser was my choice. I will post a comment after I receive it and hook the system up to keep you all posted as to its quality, and the units results. I am confident it will be much more impressive than advertised. You people should seriously consider the Grid eraser for an alternative source of power as a back up.
