I remembered this when my brother bought this cassette tape in 1979 and played this in his Chevy Camaro. Love it!! Well in 1986/87 he went through his storage boxes and found "Future Now" tape. He played it and I told him, "I remember this song soooooooo much. I got the tape (and still have it!!) and played the hell out this song here. I played it through high school, junior college, university, well into my adult life. I met Marlon McClain here in Portland and told him how much I loved this song and Pleasure's music. Portland, Oregon should be SHAMED for neglecting these brothers producing great music.

Super funky plaisir good vibes !

One would be assuming that this chap knows which band member his father is. One cannot rule out the possibility that his mother did the whole band and was unaware of who his true biological father is.

Nathaniel Phillips must have eaten the funk with a shovel!

Funky as they wanna be and reminiscent of the stuff done by Donald Byrd, the Blackbyrds and Roy Ayers. I really loved the jazz/funk of this era. Outstanding musicianship over a funky danceable groove. I don't know why but they just don't do it like this no mo!
