With the Planck Constant setting the limit of the smallest amount, is there a maximum size of the universe? Or is that a flawed thought of my 3 dimensional mind?

Is the planet earth's unique frequency of speed photons a miracle in quantum physics?And can we find life by discovering similar photons with the same frequency's of speed like our planet?

How can the Planck length or Planck time be true if we are the center of the expanding universe at all times? That's mathematically impossible... If I am a singularity in our universe perceiving space and time on a stable one dimensional timeline existing throughout all the dimensions and remaining the center of our multi dimensional universe at all times, how could we possibly put a label on the smallest part of a third dimension? All the dimensions are different sides of the same infinite shape and you can't have one dimension without the other.... So is anything smaller than a planck 2 or less dimensional? Why is the physical dimension cut off right there? It seems physicists are missing something fundamental here...
