All images taken with a Nikon P900 Coolpix in Avalon, Lower Hutt NZ (Southern Hemisphere so watch it upside down if up North). Actual pictures taken from our deck, no additional equipment (except mobile app for locating) excluding a tripod. Nikon P900 Space Odyssey - Jupiter Moons, Red Planet Mars, Rings of Saturn, Orion Nebula, Moon. Jupiter is 544 Million Kilometres Away, Saturn is 1,200 Million Kilometres away (1.2B). The Orion Nebula near the end is 1344 Light years away. If you comment nonsense about the earth being flat, you will be removed.

Find a live feed of clouds moving while in orbit -you wont. Oh yeah, nice camera!

Orion nebula was superb. I could see in moments of steady air good structure and detail on saturn but seemed to have a great deal of atmospheric turbulence. What was the cause?
