UPDATE: The name of the track is "Space Standart" by Shiru, and the original can be found on SoundCloud here: https://soundcloud.com/shiru8bit/space-standart The sound is obviously altered in pitch and tempo in the bootleg, and I do like these alterations, but it's a shame this song managed to end up on a bootleg game in the first place. Either way, show the original artist some love! ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: This is an untitled song from a Russian bootleg Genesis/Mega Drive game, "Mario 4: A Space Odyssey." It also appears in the sequel, "Mario 3: Around the World." Why #4 comes before #3, I have no idea. While I found this tune particularly catchy and well-made (especially for a bootleg), I didn't see this song anywhere on YouTube, so I went ahead and ripped it from the game to share. It originally glitched a little after the first loop, removing/altering a few instruments, so I did a *little* retouching. I say a little because some of the altered parts actually sounded pretty good, so I kept those instances in before making a loop back to the "normal" version. I can only claim the artwork in this video as my own creation; I know not what the music is called, who made it or whether it came from something else originally.
