Mosaic of Moon via JTW Astronomy Kepler CCD camera with Skywatcher Explorer

Visit us at http://www.jtwastronomy.com or find us on Facebook. This is a mosaic made from 4 separate films of 200 frames. These were stacked with Registax and stitched using GIMP 2. Equipment used was a JTW Kepler 1.2m CCD camera, a Skywatcher Explorer 190 Mak-Newton on an EQ6 mount.

Timing -- it would have been good for you to show the images a bit longer, even though it may have meant less time for raw footage. HA! So you like open-source GIMP!

Looks like you had some very good seeing. Great job with the mosaic - no seams visible at all! Do you plan on doing this again at Full Moon (rather than waning gibbous)?
