@MOLECULE-R Flavors : In what way and how does the lecithin acts as a stabiliser? What other stabilisers can be used instead? Also, what impact would varying the quantity of the stabilisers have in terms of the texture and voluminosity of the foam?
-
What is D'EAU?
-
A sachet is 2 grams.

This is amazing. Will the Soy Lecithin have the same results on sodas and lemonades?
-
You tubers = YouTubers god damn autocorrect on iPad

No prob man always good to see you tubers mix with their followers/subs unlike some other you tubers. I will be purchasing a set soon, I am only 11 but love cooking and this will bring a whole new presentation style as well as the way I prepare stuff this will be great and it is quite cheap compared to other products on the market.

Hi! The foam will stand for about 30 minutes (both at room temperature and in the freezer) before it dries out and returns to a liquid state, but it can be reblended several times to obtain more foam.
-
can you freeze it or does it return to a liquid state to quickly?
-
Great how to!

Hi there! The foam will start drying out after 10-15 minutes, and will eventually return to a liquid state, but it can be reblended to create more foam as many times as you would like!
