Impress your guests with spectacular dishes for summer! Molecular Gastronomy Kit & culinary techniques found at high-end restaurants!
-
The correct spelling of the first title should be, "The creative cuisine of renownED chefs."
-
Ok, got it. Thanks! :)
-
Hi there! All additives in the Cuisine R-EVOLUTION kit are vegetarian, as they are all derived from algae. As for the 50 actual recipes featured on the included DVD, most of them are vegetarian, and a few are vegan.
-
Is it Vegan/Vegetarian?
-
Hi there! Thanks for the questions! The additives can be kept for two years after they are purchased, as long as they are stored at room temperature in a dark, dry environment (your standard kitchen pantry should do the trick). If you have any questions about these products or ordering on our website, please shoot us an email at info[at]molecule-r[dot]com.
