You could just place a second oxygen collector, and double the amount being put into the bubble distributor.
Are you guys using Optifine? If you are, try removing that, and then putting in a new copy of that. I had that issue with Monster where the game crashed, and I no longer had the tanks around the fluids in my Minecarts. It looked REALLY weird. Then I pulled Optifine and it was back to normal.
Have you tried putting a provider pipe on a storage bus to see if AE can see the items in LP with that?
You should definitely snag a Kinetic Generator for the legs. I think you set up wireless charging, but as you're wandering around the moon, having your legs charge your suit is very handy. I think you can also put the cold protection on the armor. Or possibly it's sealing your Powersuit as if it were a spacesuit. Can't remember off the top of my head. -
