You could have made four if you placed them correctly. I just lifted my 97 2" with 98-02 forester struts and they were cheaper than the stock ones. my rear is slightly lower still so i am gonna make some of these.

Nice vid, but why didnt you just finish one, then trace the outlines of the holes and make the other after ? :P

Could you put the strut mate, on top of your struts? Drill holes in the bottom opposite of the existing bolts and just put it on top of your struts to get a small lift? Nice video though, I am looking for ideas on making/using universal spacers to give my V70 XC a couple more inches of lift and bigger tires. Thanks!

That should work pretty well, the cutting board material is a lot tougher than a lot of other things people use. that might mess up your alignment just a tiny bit, though.
