Live Webcast of the Bright Star in the South West

1. I took video of it last night and checked it with the sky charts....this looked much higher in the sky than Venus
2. Thank you. I figured it was Venus but it just seemed so much brighter and larger than normal.

6. I have understood this to be Venus since I have recently purchased my telescope. My question as a nube is. How can view Venus the best? So far, I have only been able to see a bright object with a blue and red glare. Nothing like what you show in this video. Thanks in advance.
7. Hi I've been following that Star in the southwest for about five weeks now and have noticed it moving across the sky at a higher angle and closer  to Earth and as such brighter.
8. when are we going to admit that we really don't know a damn thing about the universe. seriously, we don't know shit. it's arrogant to assume that we have all the information to conclude that we know it all. that bright star that people are saying is Venus is actually getting bigger or closer.

10. OK it's Venus but WTF is so bright? I mean it looks like a jumbo jet just hanging there in the sky? IMO it is the changing of the energy in our Solar System, causing the "Global Warming Effect" throughout our solar system. AND I would question why aren't astronomers telling us about these unusual happenings in the sky instead of the other way around? Maybe for the same reason that all of these meteors explode in the sky and then they are reported! SO excuse us if we don't sit back and wait for the news!
11. Way to go Brother!! Should we be able to see Venus HIGH in the Sky or near the tree tops? I bet you are going to say that it depends on where we are standing on Earth, huh? And.... Where exactly Venus is on the elliptical or equitorial, huh? Shoot I answered my own questions. I believe you. God bless you!!!
    
    One more question - Have you seen an object in the Southwest sky or any other part of the sky that seems to be a star, but yet it MOVES? Not slowly moves, as our planets seem to move, but an object that seems to move away from you if you are a photographer and are trying to get it in sight, on a tripod and it moves fast away, so far that you can no longer see it or get it in focus of your line of sight, within a 5 minute time frame? Just wondering... I guess it could have been just an anomaly.... Right? I promise, I am not being facetious, I am a sub of Jake's & Mari and your's and not trying to start trouble, but words have no inflection when typing and I know this is a touchy subject. I did photograph such an object, maybe it was just a satellite.

13. Maybe clean your lens all those dots and stuff in the way it had nothing to do with what we're looking at lot of junk on the lens
14. If you watch it what you recorded in slow motion can you explain why it morphs into different almost cartoon faces
15. I saw Venus from childhood on and it was always the brightest light in winter(december) here in Austria and therefore called the evening star. In summer(june) it comes before sunrise and then its called the morning star. Neary everybody knows that here.

I'm also going to say that if we have a true intruder planet than of course if you look up the data and go looking for Venus than you will find Venus. it would be set up this way so the average person or more so will think oh I must be wrong it's really Venus. but it's not. no way would the powers that be would tell people of an impending disaster. we all know that humans will tear each other apart or straight up proven by history people just wouldn't believe it. so this gets us no where fast because there is some very strange stuff going on and even if I'm and the planet X folks are wrong and there is no planet X that's about to mess things up. this should at least tell everyone how so many people very much distrust their government and those working in it. that's a truth no one can debate. it's the most apparent thing to plainly see. the REAL PROBLEM

19. Astronomy Live, great video! keep up the great work!. I would like to get into astronomy so I need your advice on buying a telescope. Can you tell me what would be a good telescope that would allow me to take pictures of planets, and perhaps deep space objects.? Thank you Sir.
