L*SPACE BY MONICA WISE I?m self-trained in all things swim. I didn?t go to school to become a designer, I just knew that it?s what I wanted to be when I grew up and I made it happen. My goal with the collection is to have wearers develop their own personal style which is why I offer an array of mix and match options and fits. My collections are known for riding the cusp of surfer-chic and fashion forward, and I have been lucky enough to be recognized in both the surf industry with 4 consecutive SIMA (Surf Industry Manufacturing Association) Awards for ?Swimwear Brand of the Year,? and also in the fast-paced world of high fashion by being honored with the title of the first ?Mercedes-Benz Presents Designer of the Year? in Miami in 2010.
