ISS Expedition 48: Undocking and return to Earth from the International Space Station

On Sept. 6, after bidding farewell to the crew remaining aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 48 Commander Jeff Williams of NASA and Soyuz Commander Alexey Ovchinin and Flight Engineer Oleg Skripochka of Roscosmos undocked from the orbital outpost to begin their return trip to Earth. They spent 172 days aboard the ISS, conducting research and operational work in support of the station.

How do they use time? At the beginning there was a mention of central and east coast times, is that USA times? Wait! I may have answered my own question. Is that Houston in central and NASA on the east coast? Is that it? Also what time zones do the other countries use?

The Russians have managed to build the most reliable spacecraft ever. Even when I was a kid the Soyuz was the gold standard for spacecraft..I remember the docking of Apollo and Soyuz. Oh Christ I'm old...
