In this video I look at a bizarre part of Islam's creation myth within Islam that has been successfully swept under the carpet in recent generations by Muslim sheikhs to avoid facing embarrassment and awkward questions on why this was such a commonly held belief in Islam among the most reputable scholars until very recently. I look at what the biggest exegetes (mufassireen of the Quran) have to say about verse 68:1 of the Quran and ask why Muslims always insist that Muslims with doubts should speak to a scholar. I argue here if the best scholars got the very basics of their understanding of reality completely wrong, then something is likely to be wrong with the texts they dedicated their lives studying. Quranic interpretations must only be from authentic books (i.e., the six books), other than this, any attribution to Ibn-Abbas (ra), which is not seconded or found true by the consensus among the scholars of the quran, is considered zaeef (week) and need not be taken into account. One thing where you went awfully wrong, is when, while showing all the hadeeths in the shias book, you tried to give credence to them by superimposing another hadeeth praising ibn-Abbas(ra). You cannot attribute anything you read written anywhere, and then say, it is ATTRIBUTED to someone, who has been praised by the Prophet (SAWS), himself. It creates void. We consider ibn-Abbas (ra) in high standards, yet, any hadeeth which is not in consensus in all the six books (siya-sittah), is considered week and not recommended.

Hi, I couldn't find anywhere In the Quran about the Earth on top of the Whale? What I find hard to understand is why wouldn't Allah (God) after mentioning the Pen In The Quran Talk about Placing The Earth on top of a whale? I would like to point out to you to please refer to the widely accepted Hadith books such as Bukhari and Muslim to have these claims of the nun whale tale. You are using the jala alyn which some claim to have fabricated added hadiths which r not accepted or on the Sahi Al Bukhari and Muslim. Please kindly provide your sources of claim from the only accepted source by all muslims
