http://www.answering-christianity.com Allah Almighty never once said that earth is the center of the Universe, in the Glorious Quran. However, throughout the Glorious Quran, Allah Almighty did speak in several Noble Verses about earth and the objects in the Universe relative to the earth. In other words, our earth would be the center or the focus or the primary celestial body of the Noble Verse, and the other celestial bodies would be the secondary objects. So is this scientifically acceptable? Yes it is. It turns out that any object in the Universe could be considered the center of the Universe. This is called the Cosmological Principle, which basically states: "No matter where are you in the Universe, everything will seem to be moving away from you, expanding, at the same rate." And What about the sun "running" in Noble Verse 36:38? Running is going fast. Our sun and moon to our naked eyes are NOT running while rising and setting upon us. Our solar system is traveling very fast in space. This is also where we know that the UNIVERSE IS EXPANDING. The Quran made this claim also: "And the firmament, We constructed with power and skill and verily We are expanding it." (The Noble Quran, 51:47). There are also many Words that speak about the motion of earth in space: دحاها DAHAHA, كفاتا KIFAATA, تقوم TAQOOM, وضعها WADA'AHA, تمر TAMUR, مهادا MIHAADA, تزولا TAZOOL, تميد TAMEED. Also, all celestial bodies, يعرجون Yaa'rujoon (traveling in orbits) in space.  Also other Arabic words عرج , عروج , معارج  and  معراج  that all refer to "going in an orbital and curvy path" in the Glorious Quran and our Islamic Texts. http://www.answering-christianity.com Also, the 9/11/2001 attack on the USA was 100% an Israeli Mossad job!
