Good job, but you have missed the most important achievement of ISRO. They sent a satellite to mars at the cost equals to moon satellite just using gravitation sling shot. Which is even showed in the martian movie when they went back to rescue the hero.

Indian King Tipu Sultan used Rockets in the war with the British in the 18th century. This technology was subsequently stolen by the British when Tipu lost and reached Europe.
